LISKÏSKI STOCK SALE
SALE PROCESS

How the stock sale works.

RATIONALE

Why the stock is being sold.

This is full-quality stock currently sold to consumers through B2C retail. The owner is changing business focus and liquidating this product line, so she prefers one transaction for the remaining stock over continuing individual retail sales.

The puzzles have a 5/5 buyer rating on Allegro. Samples can be sent at the bidder's expense; a warehouse visit can also be arranged before purchase.
FROM BID TO COLLECTION

A four-stage closing process.

Indicative bid

Buyer submits net EUR price per average piece and complete company details.

Verification

VAT and company check, inventory pack, video call, sample or warehouse visit.

Contract

Final count, sampling or inspection terms, total price, payment and collection window agreed in writing.

EXW collection

Collection from PL 37-300, Poland. Payment no later than the collection day by instant bank transfer or cash. Buyer arranges transport and agrees a loading appointment.

EU VAT and proof of transport

For an eligible intra-Community B2B supply at 0% Polish VAT, the buyer must provide a valid EU VAT number and undertakes to give the seller documents confirming that the goods were transported from Poland and delivered to the buyer in another EU member state. The 0% rate applies only when all statutory conditions are met; otherwise the applicable Polish VAT rate is charged.

BIDDING RULES

A clear close, with two last-call rounds.

Scheduled close:

Each new offer must exceed the highest verified offer by at least €0.05, in €0.05 increments. Unverified offers appear immediately and become verified only after seller review.

An unverified offer does not raise the minimum. Another bidder may match or exceed it. If several offers at the same amount are verified, the one submitted first takes priority, regardless of verification order.

  1. If no verified higher bid arrives in the final 72 hours, bidding closes at the scheduled time.
  2. A verified new highest bid in those final 72 hours starts a 72-hour extension, counted from the notice sent to all verified bidders. They receive the leading amount and new closing time.
  3. One further verified increase during that extension starts a second and final 72-hour extension. All verified bidders are informed again.
  4. During the final extension, higher bids may still be submitted until its deadline and verified bidders are informed of any new leader. There is no third extension; bidding closes at the announced time.

Offers remain non-binding until the sale is agreed in writing.
